Job Description:
A company is looking for a Sr. Project Architect I - Healthcare
for the Eastern Seaboard.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and monitor the integrated quality review processes for
projects across all disciplines
Develop and implement strategies for continuous quality engagement
and guide project teams in quality planning and compliance
Engage in risk assessment processes and contribute to business
development activities
Required Qualifications
Minimum Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
At least 12 years of professional experience, including 5 years in
construction documentation on healthcare projects
Experience leading technical aspects of large healthcare projects
with construction costs exceeding $200M
Current Architectural Registration in the United States and ability
to obtain registration in New York State
LEED accreditation preferred
