A company is looking for a Transaction Director - Documentation
Review.
Key Responsibilities
Collaborate with Transaction Managers and clients to draft and
create various commercial real estate documents
Review and analyze business terms and conditions for commercial
real estate products and prepare comments for client review
Negotiate and redline commercial real estate documents and gather
resources for complex transactions
Required Qualifications
Juris Doctor's Degree preferred with 3-7 years of relevant
experience in commercial real estate documentation
Ability to comprehend, analyze, and interpret complex business
documents
Innovative mentality to develop methods that exceed existing
solutions
Ability to solve unique problems using standard and innovative
solutions
Must be authorized to work in the United States without the need
for visa sponsorship
