Key Responsibilities
Lead and grow a team of designers, ensuring high-quality execution
and impact
Define and drive design strategy in partnership with Product,
Engineering, and Marketing
Coach and mentor designers, helping them grow their skills and
impact
Required Qualifications
Experience managing and growing product designers at all levels
Strong track record designing and building high-growth
consumer-facing products
Experience in fast-moving, high-growth environments
Strong UX and visual design skills
Experience working closely with product and engineering teams
