Job Description:
A company is looking for a Contractor Licensing Manager to
develop and manage contractor licenses nationwide.
Key Responsibilities
Serve as a subject matter expert on state and local contractor
licensing regulations
Develop processes for maintaining contractor licensing and manage
acquisition and renewal policies
Lead projects related to contractor licensing initiatives and
ensure compliance with licensing requirements
Required Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree
preferred
5+ years of experience managing general contractor and
trade-specific licensing
Experience with state licensure filings with government
entities
Proficient in Excel and tech-savvy
Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines in a fast-paced
environment
