If you are detail-oriented, passionate about quality, and ready to contribute to a dynamic work environment, we invite you to apply.Job Responsibilities- Conduct regular inspections and tests to ensure products meet quality standards and specifications.- Document and report inspection outcomes by completing detailed logs and reports.- Identify and isolate non-conforming products for further analysis and corrective action.- Collaborate with production teams to implement quality control measures and improve processes.- Calibrate and maintain quality control equipment and instruments to ensure accurate testing.- Develop and update quality control procedures and work instructions.- Participate in root cause analysis and problem-solving activities for quality issues.- Monitor and enforce adherence to safety and compliance regulations within the testing environment.- Provide training and guidance to production staff on quality standards and inspection techniques.- Assist in the preparation of quality reports and presentations for management review.- Review and analyze quality data to identify trends and areas for improvement.- Support internal audits and participate in external audits as required.Job Requirements- High school diploma or equivalent; Associate's or Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred.- Minimum of 2 years experience in quality control or a related field.- Proficiency with quality control testing equipment and methodologies.- Strong understanding of quality assurance concepts, standards, and regulations.- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings.- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.- Detail-oriented with a strong focus on accuracy and precision.- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and quality management software.- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.- Willingness to work flexible hours, including shifts or overtime as needed.- Certification in quality control or quality assurance is a plus (e.g., ASQ certification).PM25 Full-Time/Part-Time: Full-Time PI28aa21cf6644-25660-37288273
