Key Responsibilities
Coordinate activities of technical solution team members to meet
contract obligations and manage delivery costs
Proactively identify potential issues and drive resolution to
enhance customer experience
Develop strategic account growth plans and identify sales
opportunities in collaboration with stakeholders
Required Qualifications
Experienced Service Delivery Engineer with a history of executing
complex projects
Strong organizational and planning skills for team coordination
Proven experience in account growth strategies
Proficient in relevant appliances and software, including Power
Protect Data Domain and Avamar
Bachelor's Degree preferred
