Job Description:
A company is looking for an Assistant/Associate Professor of
Graduate Nursing, Teaching or Practice Track.
Key Responsibilities
Teach graduate nursing courses and manage course operations,
including curriculum oversight and faculty coordination
Support and enhance the student experience by addressing academic
issues and ensuring consistency in grading practices
Mentor and evaluate Section Instructors, ensuring quality teaching
and adherence to course objectives
Required Qualifications
MSN required; DNP or other doctoral degree preferred, or commitment
to obtain a doctoral degree within five years
At least 2 years of clinical practice in advanced pharmacology
required
Nursing graduate education experience preferred; at least 5 years
of academic experience for candidates without a doctoral degree
Graduate-level clinical or didactic teaching experience
preferred
Must obtain and maintain Massachusetts RN license
