In this position, you will be responsible for conducting inspections, analyzing data, and collaborating with our production team to maintain excellence in every product we deliver. - Document and report inspection outcomes by completing detailed logs and reports.
- Identify and isolate non-conforming products for further analysis and corrective action.
- Collaborate with production teams to implement quality control measures and improve processes.
- Calibrate and maintain quality control equipment and instruments to ensure accurate testing.
- Develop and update quality control procedures and work instructions.
- Participate in root cause analysis and problem-solving activities for quality issues.
- Monitor and enforce adherence to safety and compliance regulations within the testing environment.
- Provide training and guidance to production staff on quality standards and inspection techniques.
- Assist in the preparation of quality reports and presentations for management review.
- Review and analyze quality data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Support internal audits and participate in external audits as required.Job Requirements- High school diploma or equivalent; Associate's or Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years experience in quality control or a related field.
- Proficiency with quality control testing equipment and methodologies.
- Strong understanding of quality assurance concepts, standards, and regulations.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Detail-oriented with a strong focus on accuracy and precision.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and quality management software.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including shifts or overtime as needed.
- Certification in quality control or quality assurance is a plus (e.g., ASQ certification).PM25
