Description:DescriptionReporting to the Production Supervisor, the Production Operator III is responsible for making sure thatproduction lines have raw materials for operation of line, responsible for change over's, operation ofprocess equipment, and related duties. They will maintain production records and ensures standardoperating procedures are being followed. They will be required to comply with all regulatory, safety andenvironmental requirements.
Responsibilities Fill Room Operator--- Conduct quality checks - weight and crimp width and depth--- Read and follow batch ticket and spec sheet--- Verify concentrate is correct against batch ticket--- In process adjustment to filler machine--- Line change over--- Will be required to follow safety and quality standards--- Fill out Quality paperwork for shift--- Keeps work area clean and orderly. Remove trash
Responsibilities Label Operator--- Set up and run label equipment--- Changeover of labels--- Responsible for inventory and upkeep of labels--- Daily maintenance of area and equipment--- Ability to read and follow spec sheet--- Will be required to follow safety and quality standards--- Quality - ensure proper labels are on correct cans--- Stage upcoming production runs--- Keeps work area clean and orderly. Remove trashRequirements:Qualifications:--- At least 18 years of age--- High School Graduate or GED--- Demonstrated successful work experience--- Good hand eye coordination--- Must be able to work a rotating schedule, with weekend and holiday requirements.
Requirements--- High School Diploma or equivalent required, Associate's degree or higher a plus.--- Must have effective verbal and written English communication skills in order to read and followspec sheet--- Must have minimum of 5 years in a manufacturing environment--- Must have change over experience with mechanical aptitude--- Have 3 years of changeover experience and ability to make minor mechanical adjustments tomachines--- Read and follow batch tickets and spec sheets--- Able to work overtime and nights as requiredKnowledge - Skills - Abilities--- Ability to work well under minimal supervision--- Must read, write and understand the English language--- Attention to details, organization ability and ability to interact well with others.--- Must be able to operate basic hand tools
Physical Requirements--- Ability to work in a chemical manufacturing plant environment.--- Ability to execute strenuous, sometimes repetitive physical work such as climbing, liftingobjects up to 50 lbs and pushing/ pulling objects--- Ability to stand for long periods of time.--- Able work in extreme temperatures
