Job Knowledge - "Understands and has experience with the work performed."

• Common Task Skills are: Floor Framing (wood), Wall Framing (wood), Roof Framing (wood ), Interior Trim & Casework, Exterior Siding & Trim, Hollow Metal Frames/Doors & Hardware, Metal Stud Framing, Concrete Forming, & Scaffold Erecting.
• Work according to and ensure others work according to the Project Blueprint specifications when applicable.
• Knowledge of common construction processes for residential and commercial properties, as well as the methods used to carry out these tasks.
• Knowledge of tools & equipment to be operated and used to perform common construction tasks.
• Specialization in specific task skills and desire to learn other common construction tasks.
• Actively participate in accident/incident investigations.
• Follow all OSHA, EPA and ODH policies and procedures
• Follow all company and site specific safety and health program policies.
  
  Position Requirements
  
  --- High School Diploma--- 4 years' experience as an apprentice carpenter or carpenter--- OSHA 10--- Equipment training as it relates to carpenter job title--- Ability to work according to the Blueprint for our Culture--- Completion of the FAST Safety Training - level 2 within 90 days of hire
