Job Description:
UPMC Rx Partners is looking for a full time Patient Delivery Rep
to join their dedicated team!
You will coordinate and deliver products in an accurate, courteous,
and timely manner. Assist the pharmacist in the performance of
technical and clerical duties.
This position will work four-10 hour shifts, or two on, two off -
13 hours shifts.

**Responsibilities:**
+ Obtain patients signature on specific forms.
+ Organize and file pharmacy documentation as required.
+ Handle customer complaints in a fair and empathetic manner.
+ Cooperate and coordinate with other staff to ensure efficient
deliveries.
+ Meet expectations for customer satisfaction and anticipates
customer needs.
+ Deliver pharmaceuticals, supplies, and equipment in timely, safe
and accountable manner.
+ Promote UPMC culture by providing quality, comprehensive services
to all customers through a team approach.
+ Complete daily log in a timely manner.
+ Assist in preparing packing lists/delivery tickets.
+ Accept assignments willingly.
+ Ensure that completed packing list/delivery tickets are forwarded
to reimbursement.
+ Assist in preparing orders for delivery.
+ Perform various duties, such as shipping, receiving, and general
warehouse cleaning.
+ Cooperate with other staff members when planning and organizing
operations services.
+ Observe all company safety rules and regulations.
+ Work effectively and maintain productivity.
+ Maintain assigned vehicle in a clean and orderly condition;
inform Manager of Pharmacy of mechanical problems.
+ Pick up sharps containers and dispose of biohazards wastes
properly.
+ Pick up excess supplies and/or equipment when patient is off
service. Process returned supplies and/or equipment according to
policy.
+ Maintain accurate and complete records in compliance with State,
local, and Federal laws and/or regulations (including FDA,
DOT,OSHA,etc.)
+ Maintain confidentiality of patient information.
+ Document directions to patients home and files accordingly.
+ High school diploma or equivalent. **Licensure, Certifications,
and Clearances:**
+ Driver's License
