Job Description:
A company is looking for a Financial Services Representative to
provide exceptional customer service and support for financial
products.
Key Responsibilities:
Process business requests in compliance with regulations and
internal procedures while maintaining high professional
standards
Deliver outstanding customer service by understanding and
responding to customer needs in a timely manner
Maintain knowledge of product provisions and related regulations,
and consult on contract provisions for policyholders and agents
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education:
High school diploma; undergraduate studies preferred
Participation in technical coursework such as LOMA, CLU, or ChFC is
desirable
FINRA Series 6 license preferred, may be required based on the
assigned product
One to three years of experience in product-related customer
service preferred
General knowledge of office practices and the insurance/financial
services industry preferred
