Job Description:
A company is looking for a Supervisor, Authorization.
Key Responsibilities
Supervises the prior authorization request process to ensure timely
management of work queues
Monitors authorization requests inventory and allocates resources
effectively
Evaluates team performance and provides coaching to meet service
level agreements and productivity goals
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree required
4+ years of related experience or equivalent knowledge and
skills
Leadership experience is highly preferred
Knowledge of contract requirements, policies, and performance
standards
Experience in onboarding, hiring, and training team members
