Job Description:
A company is looking for a Learning Management Systems (LMS)
Specialist to support internal and external clients using their
learning platforms.
Key Responsibilities
Support LMS related sales questions and respond to LMS support
tickets
Implement and launch custom LMS instances while communicating
features to clients
Collaborate with internal teams for successful client onboarding
and document processes
Required Qualifications
A minimum of 1 year of experience in learning technology
administration with LMS, LXP, LRS, or LCMS
Experience with SAP Litmos LMS preferred
Proven technology troubleshooting skills
Experience in LMS setup and administration
Teamwork orientation and strong communication skills
