Job Description:
A company is looking for a Sr Underwriting Specialist.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and underwrite renewal Specialty accounts to drive
profitable growth
Manage assigned portfolio to achieve financial and business
goals
Develop and maintain relationships with agencies and customers to
enhance sales opportunities
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
3+ years of Underwriting experience
3+ years of experience in driving agency relationships for
profitable renewal business
Ability to analyze and solve complex problems while managing
multiple projects
Demonstrated leadership qualities and ability to mentor less
experienced underwriters
