A company is looking for a Business Operations Specialist -
National Remote.
Key Responsibilities
Gather information and create action plans to address missing
information trends
Monitor performance against contract service deliverables and
report discrepancies
Conduct process mapping to define new business processes and
identify failure points
Required Qualifications
3+ years of experience in medical laboratory billing
Proficient in Microsoft Office, specifically Excel and Outlook
Demonstrated understanding of relevant federal and state regulatory
guidelines
Experience with process mapping tools and methodologies
Understanding of standard operating procedures and how they impact
business operations
