Job Description:
A company is looking for a Group Manager of Client Services.
Key Responsibilities
Manage client relationships and business development for accounts
up to $100M, overseeing the opportunity management cycle
Ensure client delivery assurance by collaborating with stakeholders
to meet commitments
Create and govern account plans, including relationship management
and pricing strategies
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent from an accredited
institution, or three years of progressive experience in lieu of
education
16+ years of experience with strong sales, relationship management,
and account management skills
Significant business development and project management
experience
Experience in the Hi-Tech industry and with C-level client
interactions
Hands-on experience with proposal creation and leading proposal
presentations
