A company is looking for an AVP, Customer Strategy.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement customer strategies aligned with business
goals and product roadmap
Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess
solution effectiveness
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute customer
initiatives and present insights to senior leadership
Required Qualifications
8-10 years of experience in healthcare management consulting or
strategic account management
Experience leading and managing teams of senior consultants or
strategists
Experience developing user-facing solutions for digital health
applications
Experience coordinating large programs and managing
cross-functional workstreams
Startup or growth stage technology experience preferred
