Job Description:

Job Description:Set up and operate screen printing machines.Load and unload garments onto printing equipment.Adjust machine settings to meet job specifications.Monitor machine operation to detect and resolve issues.Coat, expose, and reclaim screens.Ensure screens are properly aligned and registered.Inspect screens for damage or imperfections and make necessary repairs.Mix inks to achieve desired colors and consistencies.Load inks into screens and apply them evenly across substrates.Maintain proper ink viscosity and consistency.Inspect printed products for quality, accuracy, and completeness.Requirements:Good manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination.Strong attention to detail and quality control.Experience in mixing inks and understanding color theory.Capable of lifting up to 50 pounds.Experience in Quality Control.Job Details:$17-$19 per hourMonday-Friday7:00am-3:30pmJeans, T-shirt, tennis shoes (no jewelry or cell phones permitted)Benefits:Dental insuranceHealth insuranceVision insuranceOpportunities for advancement#RSR1 Associated topics: flexo, flexographic, flexographic press, flexographic print, pressman, press operator, screen, screen press, screen printer, t shirt
