Job DescriptionWhole Foods Market seeks an experienced Seafood Team Leader to lead our seafood team and drive sales growth in our seafood department. As a key member of our store leadership team, you will be responsible for ensuring exceptional customer service, driving sales growth, and maintaining a positive and productive store environment.Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the seafood team to deliver outstanding customer service and drive sales growth.
• Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and profitability in the seafood department.
• Maintain a positive and productive store environment by fostering a culture of teamwork, respect, and open communication.
• Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
• Collaborate with store leadership to develop and implement sales strategies and promotions.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.Requirements:
  • 24+ months retail experience, including 12+ months of team leadership experience.
  • Advanced knowledge of seafood products, buying, pricing, merchandising, and inventory management.
  • Excellent interpersonal, motivational, team building, and customer relationship skills.
