Job Description:

Oversee daily production operations to ensure efficient and timely production, work closely with team members to maintain high-quality standards and address issues on the line, optimize production workflows, coordinate tasks, and implement safety protocols.Job duties include overseeing production, troubleshooting machine malfunctions, assigning tasks to team members, performing quality control, communicating with the team, enforcing safety protocols, and reporting maintenance.

• Key Responsibilities:
• Monitor and guide the production line to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
• Identify and address machine malfunctions or operational issues.
• Assign tasks to team members and ensure work is evenly distributed.
• Ensure products meet quality standards through regular inspections.
• Act as a point of contact for team members and provide guidance.
• Enforce safety protocols and practices to ensure a safe working environment.
