Job Title: Water Transfer- Pipe Tech (Fracker) (#8435)

Bulger PA (Washington County)

Reports To: Crew Leader

FLSA Status: Non-exempt

Summary

While demonstrating safe work habits, works on oilfield fracking projects, usually working in pipeline assembly, transferring from one task to another where demands require worker with varied experience and abilities by performing the following duties.

MUST HAVE WATER TRANSFER EXPERIENCE IN THE GAS AND OIL INDUSTRY

MUST BE ABLE TO PASS A BACKGROUND AND URINALYSIS

?Moves pipe and other material and equipment from staging location to well site and positions according to project plans and specifications.

?Using specialized equipment positions, aligns and fuses pipe to specification to create and above ground pipe line.

?Signals operators of construction equipment to facilitate alignment, movement, and adjustment of machinery to conform to grade specifications.

?Maintains a clean and safe work/job site.

?Operates hand and power tools.

Education and/or Experience

One year certificate from college or technical school; or three to six months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Language Skills

Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos. Ability to write simple correspondence. Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to customers, clients, and other employees of the organization.

Mathematical Skills

Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals. Ability to compute rate, ratio, and percent and to draw and interpret bar graphs.

Certificates, Licenses, Registrations

Current Driver's License required. CDL, Forklift Certification, Equipment Operator Training are benefits

Other Qualifications

Must be able to travel up to 80% of the time

Compensation

?$13/hr + $30 Per Diem (approx $134 day w/o overtime)

?$19.50/hr (time + ?) for overtime ? 10 to 20 hours per week OT available
