CNC Machinist

Greater Pittsburgh, PA area

Adecco Direct Hire Group is assisting a client in the Greater Pittsburgh, PA Area in recruiting for experienced CNC Machinists. This is a high-precision machine shop that requires knowledge of G+M code, conversational programming, machine set-ups and quality procedures. Our client offers perks including: Excellent pay, Standard 50-hour work week, Full benefit packages, Quarterly bonus and Stock purchase program.

As a CNC Machinist, your job responsibilities will include:

*Set-up and operation of high precision CNC Machines

*Program editing using G+M code and conversational programming

*Holding tolerances to +/- .0001

*Quality inspection using mics, calipers and various gauges

Qualifications:

*Minimum of 5 years experience operating/programming CNC machines

*Strong knowledge of editing programs using G+M Code and/or conversational programming

*Excellent blueprint reading and interpreting skills

*Excellent math abilities

*Journeyman?s certification preferred (not required)

Our client is expanding and offers a standard 50 hour work week. Various shifts are available including: 1st Shift (10 hour days), 2nd shift (10 hour days) and a 3-3-4 Shift (12 hour days). Advancement opportunities often exist.
