inpatient care rooms, and a helipad, we are making it easier than

to home. Join Cleveland Clinic's newly built Mentor Hospital as a
Registered Nurse (RN) and become a part of Mentor's supportive

to the team. - - - -Mentor Hospital's Emergency Department is a
19-bed department that provides 24/7 emergency care to diverse
populations of patients. With an innovative virtual platform, the
Emergency Department has a telehealth "robot" (a mobile telehealth
station) to host consults for patients. - -A caregiver in this
position works varying shifts, 7:00pm-7:30am. - - -A caregiver who
excels in this role will: - -
- Provide direct nursing care. -
- Implement and monitor patient care plans. - -
- Monitor, record and communicate patients' conditions. - -
- Note and carry out physician and nursing orders. - -
- Assess and coordinate patients' discharge needs. - -Minimum
qualifications for the ideal future caregiver include: - -
- Graduate from an accredited school of professional nursing. - -
- Current state licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN). - -
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification through the American
Heart Association (AHA). -
- External applicants: two years of recent related nursing
experience. - -
- Internal applicants with less than two years' experience, but
post orientation/90-day probationary period, could be considered
with the Chief Nursing Officer level review and approval. - -
- Will consider military RN experience. - -Preferred
qualifications for the ideal future caregiver include: -
- Bachelor of science in nursing (BSN). -
- Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification through the
American Heart Association (AHA) or willing to obtain within one
year of employment. - -
- Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) certification through
the American Heart Association (AHA) or willing to obtain within

- Requires full range of body motion including handling and
lifting patient, manual and finger dexterity, and eye-hand
coordination.
- Requires standing and walking for extended periods of
time.
- Requires corrected vision and hearing to normal range.
- Requires working under stressful conditions and irregular
hours.
- Exposure to communicable diseases and/or body fluids.
- Medium Work - Exerting 20 to 50 pounds of force occasionally,
and/or 10 to 25 pounds of force frequently, and/or greater than
negligible up to 10 pounds of force constantly to move
objects.
- Physical Demand requirements are in excess of those for Light
