Job Description:
A company is looking for a Customer Service Medical Billing
Clerk.
Key Responsibilities
Assist patients via phone with billing inquiries and payment
options
Answer telephone calls and transfer to appropriate departments as
needed
Perform other related duties as assigned
Required Qualifications
High School diploma, GED/HSED, or equivalent is required
1-2 years of medical office experience or similar capacity is
desired
Experience in medical and insurance billing is needed
Ability to type a minimum of 35 wpm is required
Previous customer service phone experience is helpful
