Job Description:
A company is looking for a Coordinator Medical Staff
Services.
Key Responsibilities
Manage Medical Staff governance and oversee credentialing and
privileging processes
Ensure compliance with Medical Staff by-laws, policies, and
regulatory standards
Facilitate the Fair Hearing Process and advise on potential
outcomes regarding staff privileges
Required Qualifications
Some high school education required; Associate's or Bachelor's
degree in a related field preferred
Minimum of 3 years of experience in medical staff services within a
hospital setting required
Experience in an integrated multi-facility system preferred
Knowledge of state/federal regulatory requirements and
accreditation standards preferred
Certifications in Medical Service Management or Provider
Credentialing preferred
