  • Minimum 2 years ICU experience
  • OH or compact license
  • BLS, ACLS
  • Must be willing to float to all campuses
  • No holiday RTO will be approved to include days during that week. This does not mean your candidate will work every holiday but we cannot guarantee which they will have off.
    • Unit Specific Information
    • Proof of 2 clinical references (hospital eval also accepted)
    • Two Supervisor/Manager references required. Charge nurse references are acceptable as long as it is indicated that they supervised the traveler directly. Peer references are not acceptable.

      • Proof of I9 or Attestation
      • Government issued photo ID required. Photo Identification must be carried on person during hours of service to client.
      • Proof of Everify or Attestation
      • Please require if nurse is working on a compact license
      • For Aya: Aya HIPAA Required
      • For Subs: Either signed Lotus HIPAA form (preferred) OR Core testing is acceptable.
      • For modules issues please ask the traveler to reach out to the help desk at facility if needed.
      • CS - Please ask the traveler to send in their transcript upon completion of their modules.
