- Job Details
- Position: MedSurgical Float Pool Nurse
- Hours: 3 x 12-hour shifts, 7:00 PM - 7:30AM
- Total Hours: 36 hours per week
- Responsibilities: Provide high-quality nursing care to patients
in a MedSurgical setting
- Flexibility to float within units of equivalent or lower level
of acuity as needed
- Availability for weekdays and some weekends, including holidays
- Job Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a MedSurgical setting
- Current BCLS certification
- Proficient in IV start and telemetry monitoring
- Experience with EPIC electronic health records system
- Ability to handle patient ratios of 1:4-5
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Excellent organizational abilities and attention to detail
- Schedule Information
- 3 x 12-hour shifts
- Shifts are from 7:00 PM to 7:30 AM
- Total of 36 hours per week
- Availability for weekdays and some weekends, including
holidays
