• BLS
• ONS CHEMO certification - required for Oncology RNs.
• Unit Specific Comp Exam is required within 1 year of start.
  • Job Details
  • Traveler's permanent address must be greater than 100 miles from the most central facility to be eligible to apply.
  • Title: Med Surg Oncology RN *must read and interpret tele*
  • Job Summary: Acute medical surgical unit (oncology) with some tele monitored patients, 25+ private beds, acuity ranges from moderate to high. No vented patients. 1:5-6 nurse patient ratio.
  • Epic EMR, navy scrubs.
    • Job Requirements
    • 1.5 years of MS/Tele exp
    • Large hospital exp and level I or II trauma required
    • Must be able to read & interpret Telemetry independently, strong neuro assessment skills
    • ONS certification would be beneficial (can put through OH training to administer chemotherapy)
      • Schedule Information
      • SHIFT: 4x12's Day Shift (0700-1930), every other weekend, every other holiday, no call
      • Wants candidate that can work 4x12
      • First to float

        • APN Candidates: I-9 and E-Verify Attestation Form is required.
        • Travelers who will use a respirator must be medically cleared annually for respirator use (not required if traveler will have no patient interaction).
