  • OH or Compact License
  • Minimum of 1.5 Years recent Med/Surg Telemetry experience
  • AHA BLS
  • ACLS
  • Must have Epic experience other details:
    • ECG rhythm recognition test and safeMedicate will be completed during orientation, an acceptable score on both assessments is requiredALL requirements listed in job description & submittal requirements are NON-NEGOTIABLE and no exceptions will be made.6 OR 13 WEEK CONTRACTNight shift, 3 -12 hour shifts, 7pm-7:30amMinimum of 18 months recent Med/Surg Telemetry experience.MUST HAVE PERM OHIO LICENSE OR COMPACT STATE IN HAND**AHA BLS & ACLS required.
