Job Title: Registered Nurse (RN) Job Specialty: Psychiatric Adult Job Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Nights 1900-0700; includes every other weekend and holiday Guaranteed Hours: Experience: Minimum of 1 year License: Active RN license Certifications: Basic Life Support (BLS) from American Heart Association Must-Have: Psychiatric experience preferred Job Description: - Provide nursing care to psychiatric patients referred for evaluation from the court system and police. - Participate in the de-escalation of psychiatric patients, which may include hands-on restraint. - Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs. - Ensure compassionate and effective care in a psychiatric emergency setting. - Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to provide comprehensive care to patients. - Adapt to the responsibilities of the night shift, which may include patient monitoring and emergencies. - Comply with all required weekend and holiday schedules as part of the role.
