  • FACILTY WILL MAKE CONTACT WITHIN 48 HRS FOR ANY QUALIFIED CANDIDATE THEY ARE INTERSTED IN THAT HAS BEEN PRESENTED FOR CONSIDERATION
  • MUST BE ABLE TO HANDLE A FAST PACE WORK ENVIRONMENT AND FULL PATIENT LOAD
  • PLEASE NOTE PATIENT RATIOS IN EXPERIENCE ON PROFILE
  • NO MORE THAN 5 DAYS OF RTO WILL BE ACCEPTED (less is better)
  • ANY REQUESTED TIME OFF FOR THE DURATION OF THIS ASSIGNEMNT MUST BE NOTED AND VERIFIED AT TIME OF SUBMISSION
  • RTO for upcoming holidays cannot be approved, MUST be available for all/ any upcoming holidays as needed
  • A THREE STRIKE RULE FOR ANY CALL OFFS WILL BE IMPLEMENTED AS FOLLOWS: After 3 call offs, a traveler's contract will be eligible for termination due to lack of attendance at Weirton Medical Center's discretion
  • Traveler will be working with Covid Patients at times
  • Patient Ratio: 1:6
  • Dress Code: Traveler provided scrubs/Navy Blue
  • EMR: Sorian
  • Level 4 Trauma Center
    • Job Requirements
    • 3 Years CURRENT MS experience - Required
    • 3 + Years of Nursing Experience - Required
    • BSN - Preferred
    • Sorian EMR experience - Preferred
    • Two Years of Previous travel experience - Required
    • Work History
    • Skills Checklist (pertinent to position), current to 1 year
    • 2 Signed References from a Supervisor (from within the past two years of employment)
    • License: Must be uploaded with profile
    • Certifications: Must be uploaded with profile or listed in profile that they currently have them
      • Schedule Information
      • RTO will not be approved after time of submission and should not be requested by agency or traveler at any point after submission, including during interview per facility
        • Additional Details
        • LOCAL TRAVELERS (Perm Address within 50 miles of facility) WILL BE CONSIDERED AT THIS TIME FOR THIS ASSIGNMENT AT A REDUCED HOURLY BILL RATE
