A company is looking for a Platform Success Manager to enhance
client success through training and support on their platform.
Key Responsibilities
Lead engaging training sessions and build training content for
clients
Align client goals with platform capabilities and analyze usage
data for improvement
Provide technical support and troubleshoot issues for clients
Required Qualifications
4+ years of experience in client enablement or tech-focused
customer success
Ability to explain complex concepts in simple terms
Experience with Enterprise-level accounts
Analytical mindset focused on client outcomes
Familiarity with CRMs and a passion for process improvement
