Job Description:
A company is looking for a Case Manager II who is a licensed RN
in California.
Key Responsibilities
Review Hospice documentation including physician orders and
election forms
Contact non-par Hospice providers and CA members to coordinate
care
Load pseudo authorizations into the CA Health Plan's systems and
report any suspected fraud
Required Qualifications
Must possess a CA RN License
3-5 years of experience in Hospice care
Managed Care and Case Management experience preferred
Must reside in California
Hospice background strongly preferred
