Job Description:
A company is looking for a Program Manager, Complaints &
Escalations.
Key Responsibilities
Drive timely and data-driven resolution of high priority escalated
issues
Manage projects to improve operational efficiency within the
complaints and escalations space
Provide post-mortem reports on escalated trends to cross-functional
stakeholders
Required Qualifications
5+ years of experience in customer support, trust and safety, or
finance in a startup or regulated industry
Knowledge of consumer financial regulations such as Fair Lending
and UDAAP
Experience managing high-pressure escalations and collaborating
with cross-functional teams
Advanced skills in Microsoft Office or G Suite; experience with SQL
and data visualization tools
Ability to prioritize and manage multiple work streams in a dynamic
environment
