Key Responsibilities
Execute and refine select Population Health programs
Collaborate with regional leaders for program implementation and
execution
Ensure effective design and implementation planning with various
teams
Required Qualifications
4+ years of experience in healthcare or population health
Bachelor's degree required; graduate degree preferred (MBA,
MPH)
Strong leadership and influencing skills
Analytical and data savvy, with ability to conduct financial
analysis
US work authorization
