Services (AMS).
Key Responsibilities

Lead and mentor a team of professionals to ensure high-quality

Required Qualifications
Extensive experience in application managed services or related
field
Proven leadership experience in managing teams and projects
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; advanced degree
preferred
Strong understanding of IT service management frameworks
Experience in client relationship management and business
development
