A company is looking for a Head of Conversion Rate
Optimization.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the transformation of the team from design-focused to
conversion-focused
Develop and implement CRO methodologies aligned with customer
acquisition and retention strategies
Collaborate with sales on pitches and upsell opportunities, while
ensuring financial success and healthy department margins
Required Qualifications
5+ years of experience in Conversion Rate Optimization,
particularly in B2B SaaS environments
Experience managing or transforming teams towards CRO with a focus
on best practices
Strong understanding of optimization tools (e.g., Google Optimize,
Optimizely, Hotjar)
Proven experience working cross-functionally with marketing and
sales teams
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, performance-driven
environment
