Job Description:
A company is looking for a Mortgage Sales Manager.
Key Responsibilities
Drive client acquisition for mortgage loans and ensure customer
satisfaction
Coach and develop a team of Loan Officers to meet acquisition
targets
Collaborate with Sales Operations to analyze results and improve
systems
Required Qualifications
5+ years of experience in mortgage sales, preferably in an
affiliate model
1+ years of direct sales management experience in the mortgage
industry
Strong knowledge of Conventional, VA, and FHA loans; experience
with Non-QM and Jumbo loans is a plus
Proven track record in quota-driven roles with strong coaching
abilities
Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and
adapt to change
