A company is looking for a Senior Director, Sales - West.
Key Responsibilities
Define territory sales goals and implement processes to achieve
them
Hire, lead, and mentor the sales team while collaborating with
various departments to optimize sales
Build strategies for customer acquisition and maintain records
using CRM
Required Qualifications
Must be located in CA, WA, OR, NV, or AZ
9+ years of experience in B2B technical sales, preferably in the
information security industry
3+ years of experience managing and mentoring field sales teams
Proven track record of sales success with a focus on new
customers
Experience with CRM analysis and reporting, preferably
Salesforce
