A company is looking for a Senior Director, Specialty
Contracting.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement complex contracting strategies aligned with
network development and cost management objectives
Lead and mentor the provider contracting team, setting clear goals
and expectations
Collaborate with internal teams to identify network gaps and expand
provider relationships
Required Qualifications
12+ years of experience in healthcare provider contracting or
network development
7+ years of experience negotiating specialty contracts with
healthcare providers
5+ years of leadership or managerial experience in a healthcare
setting
Strong understanding of healthcare delivery systems and
reimbursement models
