Job Description:
A company is looking for a Sr Business Development Manager to
originate commercial loans and manage client relationships.
Key Responsibilities
Originate new loans to qualified businesses through SBA and USDA
programs, meeting annual goals
Manage client relationships throughout the loan cycle, ensuring
excellent customer service and communication
Participate in community functions to enhance the bank's presence
and establish referral contacts
Required Qualifications
6+ years of SBA lending experience and a bachelor's degree or
equivalent training and experience
Experience in marketing, sales, and business development
Active network of COI contacts to source SBA & USDA
opportunities
Strong knowledge of financial analysis, loan structuring, and
pricing
