OPPORTUNITY FOR GROWTH!--Your seat at the best snacks table:The Quality Assurance Regulatory Coordinator completes food safety and quality documentation requested by customers, suppliers and internal management. Assists with managing supplier documentation and external audits. Creates and updates documents and perform annual reviews as needed. You will manage QA sample requests. Assist in customer complaint requests, preparing reports, agendas, minutes, tracking facility inspection and internal auditing program. Creating and updated training events and documents. Responsible to assist in external audits (SQF, FDA, Customer) and customer visits. Will also provide support with corrective action plan and close outs. Conducts monthly and annual internal audits. Other tasks may be assigned by QA Supervisor/Manager as needed.--What you bring to the party:2 years of experience in a quality assurance departmentExperience/Knowledge using Microsoft Excel and WordComputer SkillsKnowledge of basic office equipmentAble to do multiple tasks and prioritize.Data entry KnowledgeSelf-MotivationGood organizational skillsGood communication skills, verbal and writtenWilling and able to get along with othersGood judgment and reasoning abilitiesFamiliar with SQF.
