Job Description:
A company is looking for a Clinical Specialist, Contact Center
(Remote).
Key Responsibilities
Triages incoming calls from patients and caregivers, assesses
needs, and provides clinical recommendations
Documents telephone encounters and coordinates after-hours care for
patients
Supports field staff and assists in the orientation of new nurses
to the Contact Center RN role
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
Registered Professional Nurse license and current registration in
New York State required
Associate's Degree in nursing required; Bachelor's Degree
preferred
Minimum of two years of experience in relevant nursing fields
required
Clinical competence in nursing required
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment required
