Job Description:
A company is looking for a Customer Sales Support Manager to
manage the Customer Sales Support team and ensure effective
customer service operations.
Key Responsibilities
Coach and direct the CSSR team, establishing goals and priorities
aligned with business objectives
Oversee daily activities of the CSSR team, providing feedback on
quality and productivity metrics
Identify and implement solutions to enhance customer experience and
streamline policies and procedures
Required Qualifications
High School diploma or equivalent required
2+ years of manufacturing customer service experience preferred
4 years of customer service experience, ideally with supervisory or
lead roles
Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
Demonstrated ability to multitask efficiently
